• This week, write the one-line interview trigger and send it to support and sales with a booking link, so next Monday's interview is on the calendar before you ask for it.
• Before the next build decision, list the three riskiest assumptions behind your AI solution, including the model-can-do-this one, and name the cheapest test for each.
